As we've seen on the news and all the papers the government has set a zero tolerance policy in the people who rioted and looted in London and rightly so, theft and violence should never be tolerated but the government seemed to be to light on most people who took part in the expenses scandal, THIS WAS THEFT!! and a zero tolerance policy should be taken because to many people got away with it and the government needs to show it treats everyone as equals and leads by example.
