Rejected petition No To Capital Punishment

On the 4th of August 2011 The Daily Mail gave backing to a campaign to reintroduce capital punishment.
They will use the collection of names via epetitions to claim to represent the will of the people.
This is an alternative petition set up in an attempt to counter ballance the 'will of the people' argument, and to demonstrate the strenth of feeling on both sides.
