Petition Review the Child Maintainence Service and make it fair for honest paying parents

The CMS are only 1 sided when it comes to a claim. I want the government to review the powers they have and allow for common sense when making decisions that affect any honest, paying and hard working parent.

Example. A claiming parent can say the paying parent doesn't have the child overnight when in fact they do. The paying parent then has to pay for solicitors and court costs just to get paperwork saying they do. The claiming parent therefore keeping higher payments.

Example. A claiming parent can say the paying parent isn't paying and without warning, the CMS will start a Deduction of Earnings taking an extra 20% of a paying parents wage (plus admin fees) for themselves. Even if they are paying
