Petition Urgently Review current legislation on Oil&Gas developments near major Airports.

With the news out recently regarding Horse Hill and the flow testing of their well of which has produced flows of conventional oil, it's apparent that the legislation needs to be reviewed urgently.
This well is just over a mile from Gatwick airport and clearly this is a concern if it was developed.

Listed companies that are investors in HorseHill developments Ltd the licence holder of the well, have recently realised RNS's confirming flow rates of Oil and clearly this projects is likely to be developed over time and the current laws and regs do not reflect this advancement and their are concerns regarding safety considering this well and any future (possibly hundreds) wells are within a very short distance from a major airport (gatwick) oil storage tanks and airplanes don't mix.
