Rejected petition Get Whirlpool UK to replace all the dangerous tumble dryers at no cost.
Several models of tumble dryer have been identified as dangerous with a fire risk owing to a design fault.
On registering your appliance, this beginning in December 2015, you receive notification that a modification repair may not be able to be carried out for 3 - 6 months.

On registering your appliance you receive notification that a modification repair may not be able to be carried out for 3 - 6 months.During this period you are advised not to leave the appliance unattended at anytime when in use. If you cannot wait for the repair which most people with young families cannot because of the risk, then you are being offered 2 replacement options at a cost to individuals of £99/£50 respectively.
