All Children born in the United Kingdom should have the name of their father included on their birth certificate and if this is withheld by either parent of the the child -then all public support should be denied to both. The welfare of the child is paramount and will be protected by the state at all times. If the father or mother is held at her majestys pleasure they will be required to provide some public service in return for the public funds spent on their children.
