Petition Ensure everyone has access to TV and radio whilst staying in a UK NHS hospital.

Tonight I paid £25 for my dad to watch TV in hospital after an operation ...£25 for three days...I can afford to do it but realise many people can't. Hospital can be a worrying place...Surely as the 5th richest nation on earth we can allow people to watch the One Show etc. for free!
