Rejected petition To propose a statue to Captain Eric "Winkle" Brown, erected in Trafalgar Square

Captain Eric Melrose "Winkle" Brown, CBE, DSC, AFC, Hon FRAeS, RN was a pretty amazing Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm pilot and all round “hero”.
