Rejected petition Allow British expats right to vote in referendum

Present voting system discriminatory. British citizens who have lived outside UK for more than 15 years are ineligible to vote in the forthcoming referendum. The outcome will effect expats just as much as UK residents even more so for those living in Europe. I am therefore demanding right to vote
