Petition Has Civil Liberties and Human Rights gone to far?

Isn't it time we were allowed to correct our children without the fear of them complaining of their civil rights and also allowing schools to do the same.
Perhaps by doing this they would once again learn to respect their elders.
David Cameron promised before the election to scrap the Human Rights Act and introduce our own British Bill of Rights ,surely he should now act without any further delay.
