Rejected petition Change the law; men who have sex with men can give blood just like everyone else

Currently, men who have sex with men are banned from giving blood for 12 months. A simple screening test could show if they have any STDs or any other blood based diseases. It is currently homophobic and segregates society. A change is needed to bring equality and increase the blood donor register.
