TO REINTRODUCE NATIONAL SERVICE FOR ALL YOUNG PEOPLE AS A NECESSITY TO HELP THEM TO BECOME HONEST, GOOD AND RELIABLE CITIZENS WITH RESPECT TO THEIR COUNTRY AND OTHER PEOPLE AND TO GIVE THEM VALUES IN LIFE WHICH WILL HELP THEM TO BE OF VALUE TO THEMSELVES AND TO OTHERS AND BECOME EMPLOYABLE AND COMPASSIONATE.
