IN VIEW OF THE RECENT UNREST THAT INVOLVED EXTENSIVE RIOTING IN THE NOTTING HILL AREA, IT IS ABOUT TIME THE GOVERNMENT INSISTED ON THE RELOCATION OF THE CARNIVAL FROM ITS EXISITNG RESIDENTIAL LOCATION TO A MORE SUITABLE OPEN AREA SUCH AS HYDE PARK OR WORMWOOD SCRUBS PARK.
