Rejected petition Stop the Convalescent Charge on the ESA Work-Related Activity Group rate Benefit

Like the Bedroom Tax, the Convalescent Charge affects only a certain number of people. In the former case, it’s people in social housing who the Conservative Government says have a ‘spare’ bedroom. In the latter case, it is those claiming ESA in the Work-Related Activity Group. Which is just wrong

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We are not sure what you mean by the "convalescent charge". You could start a new petition explaining clearly what change you would like to see. For example, if you would like cuts to Employment Support Allowance to be reversed, you could start a petition about that.
