Rejected petition Stop pay rise for MP's and cap their salaries

It was announced that the salary for a Member of Parliament will now be increased to £74,862 per annum. This salary is usually additional income as many MP's - such as our 'beloved' Minister of Health Jeremy Hunt - receive payments from their own companies.

This petition is in conjunction with the new contract being imposed on junior doctors that will see Saturday made into a normal working day. It is immoral to increase the salary of the very institute that is attempting to reduce the salary of our junior doctors.
