Petition Control the sale and use of catapults.

My sons' cat was shot by a youth with a catapult. He has lost the sight in that eye.
This youths involved are also targetting children.
I am requesting The Prime Minister classify catapults as offensive weapons with appropriate punishment for offenders.

At the moment it is difficult for the Police to do anything unless the youths are caught in the act.
Catapults should only be sold to responsible adults, not people under the age of 18.
