it is clear from my post and the post showing Mark Evans accident, that there is a huge lack of respect and knowledge from drivers. Drivers must be educated, through the media to drive SLOW and Wide when passing horses. Horses are not like people they cannot leap into a verge to get out of the way. The driver must giver the horse priority and slow down to be sure it is safe to pass.
