I want to raise the issue of the safety of British Nationals and their families overseas and develop on the international extradition treaties and assistance that is in place.

If you or a member of your family has been subjected to a crime a suspected criminal can flee to another country or back to the UK that has no treaty in place and will not face any criminal proceedings.
