Petition Provide funding, equipment, training & materials to repair to Iraq's Mosul Dam

Mosul dam is in danger of catastrophic collapse potentially killing over 1,000,000 people. Continuous repairs have been severely curtailed due to past conflict. A contract for a specialist contractor to repair the foundations remains unsigned as of 29/02/16.

Inaction will result in loss of life.
