Rejected petition Make employers give an extra days holiday to employees in leap years

Are you yearly paid at work? Every leap year, we work a whole extra day for nothing! February 29th is a bonus day for employers, I think it should be a bonus day for the hard-working employees! So, every 4 years, ie every leap year, workers should receive an extra days paid holiday.
