Petition Ban plastic bags altogether and enforce environmentally responsible bags.

U.K. government has decided that plastic bags are to be reduced due to the environmental harm they cause. If they are so awful why not rid them entirely and instead have paper and other such bags so that members of the public are not juggling their shopping in an effort to protect the environment.
