Rejected petition Repeal of the Human Rights Act

More details

Repeal of the Human Rights Act and all its clauses. Replace with a Bill of Rights, relating to the UK only, persons of UK descent or parentage, and not influenced or directed by the EU.
The Bill of Rights must state that all citizens of working age have a duty to provide for themselves and not live off the state. Furthermore, financial assistance (benefits) will only be available to persons who have lived or worked in the UK for a minimum of five years, and are limited to a further five years, at which time all benefits will cease, until a further five years ‘credits’ have accrued.
Specific attention to be paid to all areas of the Bill of Rights, to ensure that all immigrants to this country holding UK passports, have to swear allegiance to the Queen and agree to abide by our laws, and if found to be disrupting or attempting to subvert the rule of law, or refuse to learn the national language, will be stripped of their UK citizenship, and deported.
