I call for a new form of punishment for young repeat offenders in a form of 3 strikes and you’re out.
On 1st offence - call for the offender to pay back for crime/damage caused and reprimand.
On 2nd offence - call for community service and pay back for the crime/damage caused.
On 3rd offence – send them to Army training camp/US style army academy for minimum 6 months where they are put through daily strict schedule and stuff penalties for disobedience.
