Here at 'PICK UP AFTER POOCH' we are advocating the punishment of irresponsible dog owners who refuse to clean up after thier dogs. On the spot fines should be collected by dog wardens or even traffic wardens with the proceeds being used to fund such operations with any excess being donated to dogs charities. Persistent offenders should be banned from owning a dog.
