Rejected petition Stop heckling and jeering in Commons to allow real political discussion to occur

After watching 100 PMQs questions put forward by Jeremy Corbyn, and watching 100 questions receive nothing but jeering and heckling from the other side of the Commons, there should be a motion passed that prohibits this from happening on either side of the Government. This will allow real democracy.
