Today’s Land Registry is able to tell you who owns only 50% of the land in the UK. The other half is unregistered. With house prices at an unsustainable level and a lack of land cited as a reason, I would like the UK government to provide its citizens with information on exactly how much land there is in the UK and just exactly who owns it.
