Petition Make local councils responsible for the law on cannabis in their area.

The government has decided that a nationwide legalisation of cannabis is not on the cards, so perhaps a council by council ruling (bylaws) could be an alternative. A more democratic way that would allow the trialling of a regulated market in small areas first.
