Rejected petition Instigate Pink Badges for Parent & Child Parking Spaces

Disabled Parking Spaces are monitored and policed by the issue of a recognised Blue Badge. However, Parent & Child Spaces are often in shorter supply and regularly ignored and abused. The extra width afforded to Parent & Child Parking Bays allow for safe and controlled use of Car Seats.
