Rejected petition Explain 'in plain English' the reasons for and against staying in the EU.

Many people are sitting on the fence regarding the in /out issue of the EU as they are not getting the basics explained to them. Both sides are telling us that this will happen,that will happen trying to frighten people into believing that the worst will happen if we leave. Just want the facts.
