Rejected petition Give other animal charities the power to rescue welfare and neglected animals.
On a daily basis, on social media we are continually seeing animal cruelty, abandonment and concerning welfare cases, other than the RSPCA, currently animal charities have any power to remove or rescue any animals, please help them, they deserve to be treated with the kindness, love and respect

We need to help animals being abused or neglected, they have no voice let the charities unite to have more power, and resources social media are evidence every day of continuous shameful cases.

The RSPCA does not have any special powers to bring prosecutions. Any individual has the right to bring a private prosecution. The RSPCA simply makes use of this right. It's therefore not clear what action you would like the Government or Parliament to take.
