Rejected petition Stop HMRC from killing contracting in the UK

If you saw the budget last week you'll know that HMG seem to want to kill off contracting in the UK, starting with the public sector.

Think about it this way - a letter arrives containing a huge fine as a road you drove down 10 years ago has just been made one way. Does that seem possible, let alone right or fair?? Well that's what this government are doing to contractors in my situation.
