The amount of times my tax code has been changed incorrectly I've rang up to sort it out and later on rang again to check and there was no record of my previous call. In one occasion they debited my pay total in 2 months 800pound i would like it easier to some how log online to view the progress

To be able to log online and check the status of a tax rebate or if any money is due or owed I'm sure many other people feel the same way as to phone usually takes a minimum of 30 minutes on hold to get through. Once a women told me they didn't owe me anything I was debating it for 20 minutes and then she said oh yh I was looking at the wrong box. What would of happened if I said ok ??
