Petition Independent public enquiry to investigate the decision to cut ESA by DWP.

I believe that MP's were mislead prior to voting in favour of cuts to ESA. I believe that the Minister in charge of DWP at the time, told MP's in his own party that the cuts would only apply to individuals who could work. This is not true as if fit for work they would apply for JSA.
