A community payback scheme where by any offencies of robbery, personal theft, vandelism should be paid by offender i.e, benifits reduced, wages arrested by an agreed sum with the victim input, as well as the court and the transactions being made by and through d/debit sraight to victims of said crimes. surely this could be done through dept social sec, enforced by the courts
