Closed Only the UK Government can end the Dog epidemic we have in the UK.

Only the Government making changes will prevent many thousands of healthy dogs being put too sleep for no reason other than no one wants them or can take them in.
I predict 240,000 dogs a year will have to be put down in just 12 months time !
JUST FOUR SIMPLE STEPS WILL END THE DOG EPIDEMIC.

1,BAN PET SHOPS OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FROM SELLING PUPPIES.
2, BAN IMPORTING OF PUPPIES UNDER THE AGE OF 6 MONTHS.
3, STOP FREE ADVERTISING OF PUPPIES ON GUMTREE, PRELOVED ETC.
4, BREEDING LICENCES SHOULD BE ISSUED FOR NO MORE THAN THREE BREEDING BITCHES.
WHICH WILL CLOSE DOWN ALL PUPPY BREEDING FACTORIES AND FARMS.

( ILLEGAL PUPPY FARMS. )
If pet shops cannot sell the illegally bred puppies and they cannot sell them on the free add sites,they will have to stop breeding them.
