Each year rent increases by a substantial amount in the Private Rental sector, and people cannot cope with the fast growth on rental inflammation, as their salary does not always increase to maintain affordable housing.

The Government needs to apply rent caps as to what landlords can charge to tenants in their properties; if people can save while they rent they may be able to start saving to put a realistic deposit down on a realistic priced house.
