Petition Stop charging for school meals and give all school children a free meal!

Children's parents are having to pay around £2.50 per day for a school meal. Some schools are even charging parents to bring in packed lunches!
This is wrong on so many levels. Prisoners don't have to pay for meals so why should children pay in a system we at taxes for anyway!
