Scotland,Wales & Northern Ireland have thier own Parliaments,Where is the one for England?

The people of England have lost thier democratic rights as MPs fom the other UK member countries can disscuss and vote on items apertaining to England only, whilst our MPs do not have a recprical right in the other parliaments.

Goverment must set up a parliament for the people of England.
