Rejected petition Force David Cameron to publish his tax returns

It has been 1,456 days since David Cameron agreed to publish his tax returns. Why so long? After the release of the Panama papers now is as good a time as any to get it done. If he has nothing to hide he has nothing to worry about but if he has then Britain deserves to know.
