Rejected petition Have an independent investigation into the Panama Tax Papers

This leak has shown that people in governments are avoiding paying tax while the general population does. There needs to be an independent investigation to determine the full extent of the situation.

This is important as we have already found out that Icelands PM was involved and resigned.
