Rejected petition Apply the Abortion Act (1967) to the entirety of the UK as soon as possible
The Abortion Act of 1967 has never applied to Northern Ireland. This has to change ASAP.
The suspended sentence issued in NI for "procuring her own abortion by using a poison" is appalling. Elsewhere in the UK, this would have been a non-issue. I urge Westminster to review & remediate with haste
