Petition Use all car tax money's to repair roads and pot holes as suggested

I would love to drive on a smooth road with out hitting pot holes that no one seems to repair. We are forced to pay road tax and it seems the money we put in don't get used towards what it is mean for. I would also like to see cyclists pay road tax after all they use our roads
