This petition was submitted during the 2015-2017 parliament
Rejected petition Request that David Cameron resign from his position as Prime Minister.
David Cameron's position has been compromised.
The Government have been accused of "doing deals" with big business to limit the amount of UK tax they pay. Now it turns out that David Cameron has enjoyed the benefits of a tax avoidance scheme.
He needs to step down, Parliament must debate this.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
The resignation of the Prime Minister is not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
We already have a petition open calling on the House of Commons to consider a vote of no confidence in the Prime Minister:

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
