I contend that individuals convicted for rioting as well as other minor offenders should be put to work in their local communities on tasks such as street sweeping, litter collection, Grafitti removal, renovation work and other miscellaneous "Community enhancement schemes" Instead of languishing uselessly in prisons. I Further contend that they should be identified as convicted fellons by the wearing of orange overalls.
