I propose a two step tax receipt neutral plan to not only encourage those on benefits to get into work, but ease the financial burden on the currently pressed working & middle classes.

By increasing the tax free allowance to £17,500 it would ease the hardship of the workers of the UK.

The increase in capital gains tax & the higher rate would be put to such a level to allow this reduction in the tax free allowance.
