Petition Make drifting in an empty open space legal

People all over the country put people in danger by drifting on roads and getting "section 59's" for drifting around in an empty car park, we need to get people off the road and let the people enjoy some fun off-road and out of harms way of the public.

I have known people to drift in an empty open car park safely and receive cautions and/or had their cars seized. If this is done safely and away from members of the public then why penalise them?
