it is requested that the smoke -free (premises and enforcement) regulations 2006,be amended to include all areas that are voluntarily declared to be smoke-free zones.this would largely apply to hospital grounds, where management can put up no-smoking signs,but have no power, under the regulations ,to bring prosecutions against individuals that don't comply with the request.
