For too long too many young girls, often supported by their feckless mothers believe the best way to get on the social housing ladder is to get pregnant.
This creates not only problems for the juvenile mother but for the child.
I suggest that by limiting access to social housing for those who are 25years or over then young girls might be more careful with their family planning choices.
