Petition Scrap the Severn Bridge tolls.

The government recently announced a cut to the Severn Bridge tolls after the bridges revert to public ownership in 2017. This is not enough. This tax on trade and the local community should be removed particularly in light of the struggling economies of South Wales and the Forest of Dean.
