Rejected petition Israeli executioner Elor Azarya to be prosecuted for war crimes if he enters UK.

On 25 March 2016, contrary to Rules of Engagement Elor Azarya murdered an incapacitated Palestinian man. Abed al-Fatah a-Sharif posed no threat of harm as he lay on the ground when Elor shot him in the head pointblank and then murdered another Palestinian man. These are extrajudicial killings.
